A visit to Europe exposed Mr. Bhaiya to the extensive use of ACPs, inspiring him to explore this material's potential in India. In 2002, after extensive research in the U.S. and Europe, he founded Aludecor, setting up state-of-the-art manufacturing units in Haridwar in 2006 and 2015.

Mr Ashok Kumar Bhaiya, owner, CMD of Aludecor Lamination Private Limited has an inspiring story of re-introducing Aluminium Composite Panels in India and reaching the pinnacle. Hailing from a hardcore business family, Ashok’s professional journey started at the age of 20 as a trainee in his parental business of Raw Jute, one of the leading distributors of the material then. Taking his extraordinary performance and devotion into account Mr Bhaiya was handed over the business.
In 1995, Ashok started the business of imports and exports with ACP as one of the trading stuff. While his trip to China, he noticed the unparalleled usage of ACPs and studied about this promising material. In 2002, Ashok decided to explore the possibilities of this high-potential product in India. He travelled to various parts of the US and Europe to learn about the technology, production nitty-gritty and testing methods used in ACPs.
