We price our listed Metaldhara profiles per square foot, while Finline is priced per running foot and the Z Profile used with Fin Louvers is priced per piece. Two profiles can therefore have different rates even when you select the same finish.

What are ACP louvers?
Our Metaldhara ACP louvers are decorative profiled elements used to create linear rhythm, depth, shadow and visual texture on façades, walls, soffits, gates, screens and interior features. Our current louver range includes multiple Metaldhara profiles and Finline fin louvers.
We recommend confirming the profile code, finish, pricing unit, current drawing, ordered length, support and fixing details before selection. For ceiling and soffit applications, we also recommend coordinating services, maintenance access and an approved support system.
Do not assume every profile suits every application
We do not treat decorative louvers as automatic substitutes for structural sunshades, security barriers, weatherproof screens or ventilation systems. For exterior, ceiling, façade and fire-sensitive uses, we recommend project-specific review of the product, support, fixing, exposure, cavity, services and regulatory requirements.
Pricing units
How to read square-foot, running-foot and per-piece louver prices
We use three commercial units: square foot, running foot and per piece. Running-length pricing does not directly equal area pricing.
Per square foot
We use this unit for the listed LOU-series Metaldhara profiles. Please confirm with us how the billable square-foot quantity applies to the selected profile and project.
Per running foot
We use this unit for Finline. Multiply the confirmed total linear length by the selected finish rate per running foot.
Per piece
We use this unit for the 4-foot Z Profile applicable to Fin Louvers. Accessory quantity depends on the approved fixing and cutting plan.
Planning formulas
Running-length material value:

Total required running length ÷ Confirmed ordered length
Number of louver lines × Installed height or length
We recommend rounding stock pieces up to whole pieces and reconciling all calculations with approved drawings and the fabricator's cutting list.
Area pricing and line pricing are not interchangeable
A square-foot rate may be based on a defined product or coverage quantity, while a running-foot rate follows linear length. Do not convert one into the other unless the profile geometry, coverage method and quotation basis are confirmed.

Profile and listed width
Each code has its own listed width and commercial rate. A larger listed width does not automatically mean a higher price because the profile geometry and production basis also differ.
Finish category
Regular, Rustic, Sand, Timber, Wabi-Sabi, Earth Coat, Mason Mark, Rugged Metal, Zincho, Pedra and Granicia carry different rates.
Pricing unit
Sheet-based profiles are priced per square foot, Finline per running foot and the identified Z Profile per piece.
Length and quantity
Ordered length, number of pieces, total billable quantity, cutting plan and project sequence can change the final material requirement.
FR requirement
We show profile-specific FR B1 upcharges. Please confirm if it’s FR B1, FR B or FR A2 production, supporting product documents and project suitability with us before ordering.
Project scope

Profile width, depth, spacing and orientation affect the visual scale, shadow line, quantity, support system, cleaning access and installation complexity. A larger profile is not automatically better or more expensive.
Viewing distance: larger-scale buildings and close-view interiors may need different visual rhythms.
Spacing: closer spacing generally increases the number of louver lines and total material requirement.
Depth and shadow: request our current profile drawing because the pricing table does not state profile depth.
